Meetings

According to our Constitution, the presbytery must meet a minimum of twice annually. Because our presbytery is non-geographic, for the convenience of commissioners we convene our meetings to be adjacent to large events, such as the EPC General Assembly gatherings and NWAC Convocations. Check the website calendar for dates.

Member congregations may send 2 Ruling Elder (voting) commissioners for every TE on staff. Each TE may also be a (voting) commissioner.  There is no limit to the number of RE observers a church can send and we encourage congregations to send additional observers.

In addition, we encourage congregations, as does EPC leadership, to send RE observers to:

• EPC geographic presbytery meetings.  EPC geographic presbytery meetings are included in our website calendar.  Check the website calendar for dates.

We also encourage congregations to participate in and attend New Wineskins Association of Churches (NWAC) annual convocations.  For more information about convocation dates and schedules, click here.
