A Leadership Training event, lead by Mission and Ministry Network Mobilizer, Rev. Andy Curtis, can be scheduled for your congregation or ministry network. Below is a typical agenda. We can customize the event to the specific needs of your congregation or ministry network. It can also be modified to fit into a single day. This is not a one size fits all program. It is intentionally flexible, so that the needs of your Ministry Network/Congregation can be met.

Friday Evening:
- Bible Study and Worship
- Who are you and who does God want you to be?
- Revelation 2-3:
- “I know all about your present condition.”
- “He who has an ear” listen.
- Thinking “Outside the Box”: Matthew 14: 22-33 – If you want to walk on water you need to get out of the boat.
- What does it mean to be “Missional?”
Saturday: Much of what happens on this day will be determined by the conversations from Friday evening and the desires/directions of pastor and leadership. This is also a time that may be designed to fit the specific needs of the church or ministry network.
