Becoming One/Dissolution of New Wineskins Presbytery
You have recently received a memo from the New Wineskins EPC Presbytery Coordinating Team and the NWEPC Joint Commission, dated November 5, 2010. The purpose of this memo is:
To remind everyone that the New Wineskins Presbytery will dissolve automatically immediately prior to the EPC General Assembly in June of 2012;
To outline the significance of that dissolution for NW/EPC churches and pastors;
To report other decisions concerning operations between now and June, 2012.

More Becoming One: Ruling Elder Examinations
For EPC New Wineskins Transitional Presbytery member congregations to enter into EPC geographic presbyteries, both the congregations’ Teaching Elders and Ruling Elders, currently serving on Sessions, are examined by a team from the EPC geographic presbytery into which they are seeking entry. Previously ordained and not currently serving ruling elders are grandfathered into the EPC without examination.
