Congregational Ministry

The Mission and Ministry Network Mobilizer:

• Acts as the “face” of the NWEPC TP/SN, representing the TP/SN in areas of missional ministry and areas where assigned by the TP/SN.
• Preaches in NWEPC TP/SN congregations articulating the vision for missional ministry and the role those congregations play when engaging in missional ministry through Ministry Networks.
• Seeks to engage pastors, leaders and congregations of churches in the NWEPC TP/SN for the purpose of articulating the vision for missional ministry in the New Wineskins TP/SN. It is assumed this activity will take place in face-to-face gatherings.
• Where invited, does the same for interested EPC congregations and presbyteries.
• Offers leadership training events that seek to accomplish the following:
  • Encourages church leadership in their on-going efforts to grow in their biblical and theological understandings of Reformed Theology.
  • Brings clarity and understanding to missional ministry.
  • Endeavors to show the relationship between a biblical and reformed theological understanding of missional ministry.
  • Helps leadership articulate short and long range goals geared towards fulfilling missional ministry in their congregations and ministry networks.
  • Encourages church leadership to lead.
• Brings pastoral care to pastors in NWEPC TP/SN churches.
